Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Installation & Training Project Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to support the implementation and training of Xenial technology solutions. You will schedule partners, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the installation process.

The role requires strong project coordination, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Hybrid work includes 3 days on-site and 2 days remote; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years experience coordinating projects or activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and/or French) preferred.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in Charlotte, NC; 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers with clear communication through all installation phases.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, team members and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, execution and risk management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze, compile and report performance data to support goals.
• Contribute to continuous team improvement with attention to detail and problem-solving.
