Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Implementation Support Team in Charlotte, NC. You will schedule and dispatch partners and consultants for Xenial technology implementations and ongoing training, and monitor project status to resolve client issues.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout installation phases.
• Coordinate with vendors, team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Support planning, execution and risk management; ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Analyze data to support operational goals and drive informed decisions.
