Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Implementation Support Team in Charlotte, NC. You will schedule and dispatch partners and consultants for Xenial technology implementations and ongoing training, and monitor project status to resolve client issues.

This role supports multiple concurrent projects and requires strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3 days on-site at our Charlotte, NC offices and 2 days remote, and

As the Installation & Training (I&T) Project Coordinator, you will schedule and dispatch partners and consultants for implementation of Xenial technology solutions and on-going training assignments. The I&T Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project status and resolving client issues related to resource scheduling. Along with assisting in the management of multiple concurrent projects, you will be scheduling and managing recurring customer training. What You’ll Own

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely communication throughout all phases of the installation process to ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, team members, and stakeholders, while proactively addressing challenges and maintaining alignment across projects and schedules.
• Support project planning, execution, and risk management by prioritizing multiple responsibilities, making sound decisions under pressure, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
• Analyze, compile, and report performance data to support operational goals, track team success, and drive informed business decisions.
• Contribute to continuous team improvement by demonstrating strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet client and contractual expectations.

What You Bring

• Project Management experience or education.
• Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office products suite.
• Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects.
• High school diploma
• 1+ years’ experience in coordination of projects or activities.
• Frequent use of computerized applications, basic understanding of programming / logical functions.
• Be able to work a hybrid schedule, working 3 days a week on site at our Charlotte, NC offices, 2 days remote.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Knowledge of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry common practices and best practices.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and/or French)
• Restaurant experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce and project management software
