Job summary

Paylocity seeks a Manager Implementation Ops in Meridian, ID to lead the PRC team, ensure accurate Web Pay Product setups, and drive client satisfaction within SLAs. You will mentor consultants, address issues, and collaborate across departments to improve training and performance while maintaining implementation success.

Role requires 2+ years in management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/SQL skills. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; experience in team development and workflow in a matrix environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in applicable focus area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn payroll software.
• Excellent troubleshooting to handle client payroll issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with 100% client satisfaction as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client base receives appropriate level of customer service and technical support; handle unresolved and escalated client issues with prompt service.
• Manage day-to-day activities of Implementation support staff with leadership and mentoring.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development to assess and manage training needs and gaps.
• Develop and implement employee motivation activities and incentives; handle disciplinary issues as necessary.
• Interview and hire candidates; provide feedback to employees and promote continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule resources with the Department Director; motivate team to meet goals.
