Job summary

Heartflow is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the integration of our AI-driven cardiac analytics into customer accounts. You will be the technical lifeline in the field, guiding projects from kickoff to go-live while maintaining customer satisfaction.

This field-based role requires collaboration with clinical and commercial teams, training end users, managing risk, and ensuring on-time activation, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or related science/engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field with project management.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Healthcare or digital health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation process for integrating Heartflow technology into customer accounts.
• Manage implementation projects for new products or features to customers.
• Provide end-user and commercial team training on Heartflow products and CT data requirements.
• Provide clinically relevant and technical information and solutions to inquiries about HF technologies.
• Document and track customer feedback, training, complaints, and resolutions.
