In this role, you will partner with Sales, CRR, PSD, and NCS teams to map client processes, drive timelines, and ensure successful payroll readiness while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma White Belt/Green Belt, CAPM, CSM, PMP, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation plans and ensure 100% product adoption for clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRR, PSD, and NCS to drive timely completion.
• Manage payroll schedules and ensure first payroll readiness.
• Train clients and drive adoption of Paycom solutions across modules.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate risks as needed.
