Job summary

Expel is looking for an Implementation Engineer to own the first 30–60 days of the customer journey, guiding post‑sale handoff through technical implementation, enablement, and achieving initial value with Expel.

You will work with the SOC, Customer Success, and engineering teams to tailor deployments to each customer’s environment, manage 15–20+ implementations, lead security integrations and Workbench setup, and ensure long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through technical onboarding and enablement.
• Ability to manage 15-20+ implementations simultaneously.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding journey from post-sale handoff through initial value.
• Lead technical onboarding with security integrations and Workbench setup.
• Collaborate with SOC and Customer Success to validate configurations and ensure long-term success.
• Maintain timelines, milestones, and customer relationships to prevent delays.
• Identify blockers and escalation paths to keep onboarding on track.
