Job summary

FleetWorks is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to own the technical customer journey from onboarding to ongoing adoption, working closely with engineering and product teams. You will drive customer implementations end-to-end, including onboarding, go-live, and expansion efforts.

You will coach teams, learn the product deeply, and build scalable documentation and enablement to empower customers to self-serve. This is a hands-on leadership role at a growing B2B software company.

Qualifications

• Experience owning implementation, solutions, or another technical delivery role at B2B software companies.
• Experience managing technical customer relationships and coaching others.
• Ability to learn a complex product deeply, configure workflows, and read integrations.
• Strong business sense and awareness of customer margins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High ownership and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments from onboarding through go-live and steady-state adoption.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
• Build documentation and training to help customers self-serve.
• Create a unified project management system across Product, CS, and Engineering and manage escalations.
• Define integration scopes and requirements in collaboration with customers and partners.
• Develop and mentor the deployment team, starting with the deployment strategist.
