Job summary

Planisware, a global provider of Project Portfolio Management software, seeks an Implementation Engineer in San Francisco to guide design, configuration, and maintenance of Planisware solutions for customers.

You will train account managers and VAR consultants, coordinate with the Paris development team to align US needs, and translate requirements into actionable deployments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 24 months of experience in implementation or a closely related role.
• Experience with Planisware software is a plus.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software for customers.
• Recommend implementations of the programs module for Planisware customers.
• Serve as liaison with Planisware’s development team to ensure US needs are integrated into core solutions.
• Train Account Managers, new hires and VAR consultants on program management modules.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Engineer (Job Code #40095). You will provide guidance and support in the design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software to customers. Provide recommendations on the implementation of the programs module for Planisware customers. Serve as liaison with Planisware’s development team in Paris to ensure that all US customer needs related to interfaces and rating/scoring processes are integrated into our core solutions. Train Planisware Account Manager, new hires and VAR consultants regarding the program management processes and modules of Planisware's software products.

What is expected from you

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 24 months of experience
