Job summary

Planisware, a global provider of Project Portfolio Management software, is hiring an Implementation Engineer in San Francisco. You will guide the design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software for customers, and advise on program module implementations.

The role requires collaboration with the Paris development team to integrate US interfaces and scoring processes. Responsibilities include training Account Managers, new hires and VAR consultants on Planisware's program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS/CE or related field plus 24 months of experience.

What you'll do

As an Implementation Engineer (Job Code #40095). You will provide guidance and support in the design, configuration, use and maintenance of Planisware software to customers. Provide recommendations on the implementation of the programs module for Planisware customers. Serve as liaison with Planisware’s development team in Paris to ensure that all US customer needs related to interfaces and rating/scoring processes are integrated into our core solutions. Train Planisware Account Manager, new hires and VAR consultants regarding the program management processes and modules of Planisware's software products.

What is expected from you

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 24 months of experience
