Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with our solutions, enabling new businesses to build, open doors, and stay in compliance. This role involves technical and business process work across locations including Yarmouth and Falmouth, ME.

Responsibilities include consulting on Tyler software products for complex projects, documenting client workflows, and mentoring junior team members. Significant travel and collaboration with development teams are required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
Typically 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
Excellent initiative, interpersonal, collaboration, relationship-building and customer service.
Expert knowledge in identifying, defining, analyzing, documenting client work processes, data, and systems.
Proven ability to negotiate and influence clients to meet their needs.

Mansioni

Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education at a high level to clients on Tyler software products for complex projects.
Act as a knowledge resource on software products and demonstrate features to present solutions meeting client needs.
Identify and document client workflows, data, and systems for complex projects.
Define complex software requirements and perform gap analysis to meet client needs.
Mentor less experienced implementation team members.
Create client-facing/internal documentation and participate in user conferences.
