Raistone is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist (Business Analyst) on the Change Management Team within Raistone Operations Services (rOS).

Position Overview

The Implementation & Change Management Specialist will leverage their expertise of Raistone’s business operations and system to gather and analyze business-line requirements, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless technical integrations for Raistone’s clients and partners.

While the role will primarily interface with Raistone Operations Services Team, the Implementation & Change Management Specialist will also engage with Product Management, R&D, customers, and partners in these key functions:

  • Client & Channel Partner Integrations
  • System Enhancement Business Requirement Gathering
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • System Integration Planning and Migration Efforts

Key Responsibilities

As the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients, the Implementation & Change Management Specialist will ensure the alignment of business objectives with technology solutions. This role requires the ability to drive efficient and timely technical implementations for clients and partners by proactively identifying system or process constraints and implementing solutions to mitigate potential obstacles. Success in this position demands a comprehensive understanding of Raistone’s products and the ability to articulate how these solutions are delivered to customers, partners, investors, and internal teams. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency, with a focus on precision in documenting product functionality and assessing the downstream impact of feature requests. Maintaining a detailed knowledge of all product features is critical to ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and avoiding unintended consequences during implementation.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Write thorough and thoughtful specifications, data definitions, workflow diagrams, swim lanes, wireframes, and storyboards.
  • Lead process analysis, transformation, automation, and documentation efforts.
  • Gather Business Line requirements and author Business Requirements Documentation.
  • Coordinate technical integration projects with Raistone clients and partners.
  • Draft technical specifications and documentation related to Raistone client and partner integration.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for client and channel partner implementation projects.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and develop Test Scripts for system enhancements.
  • Coordinate system enhancement training across Raistone Operations Teams.
  • Implement new Product integration into current Operational processes and documented procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and work on cross functional teams, specifically with Product and R&D.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess good technical skills and boast an impeccable work ethic. The candidate will have a solid business acumen, excellent communications skills, and a strong team orientation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical product owner or business analyst, with preference to candidates with experience in finance or information systems.
  • Experience in writing Business Requirement Documentation, preferably across business units.
  • Experience documenting clear, granular, accurate, and testable system specifications.
  • Ability to document complex workflows.
  • Experience using Jira or other SDLC management tools for tracking work.
  • Strong experience testing and leading other testers.
  • A desire and capacity to innovate in a fast-paced start-up work environment.
  • Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task based on urgency of business needs.
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic, collaborative, and willing to help others.
  • A tenacious results-driven outlook on project delivery for stakeholders.
  • Must be located in the Greater Salt Lake City Valley Area.
  • Must be willing to come into the office at least once per month. (This frequency may increase during the onboarding/training period).
