What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for deployments, program communications, and change management initiatives
  2. Work closely with project teams, senior executives, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across all communication and change management efforts
  3. Develop and manage communication deliverables, ensuring messaging aligns with program themes and audience needs
  4. Provide guidance and support to business partners for strategic messaging and adoption of new initiatives
  5. Maintain and update content on SharePoint Online and Teams sites to serve as resource hubs for project information

What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Extensive experience in strategic communication development and execution, particularly with senior executives
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness
  3. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus
  4. Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting process or behavior change is desirable
  5. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required

  1. A master's degree in a relevant field
  2. Experience managing multiple projects autonomously while ensuring high-quality deliverables
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite

  5. Availability for a preferred start time of 8 a.m. EST due to interactions with European operations
