Job description

We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Intake & Client Management Specialist. In this role, you will meet with candidates in 20-minute sessions to understand their job search goals, assess their potential fit for various roles, and ensure a smooth handoff to our recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Candidate Intake & Evaluation:

    • Conduct 20-minute intake meetings with candidates to understand their job preferences and background.

    • Ask standard intake questions while adapting to each candidate's unique needs.

    • Evaluate candidates' communication, presentation, and overall potential during meetings.

  • Record Keeping & Organization:

    • Record and upload meetings and notes accurately using internal systems.

    • Clearly label and organize candidate files for recruiters.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Maintain excellent communication with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate handoff.

    • Provide friendly and professional customer service to candidates, answering questions and guiding them through the process.

    • Support candidates via email with clear, timely communication.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills; approachable, empathetic, and easy to talk to.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid computer proficiency and ability to use video meeting platforms and file management systems.
