Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN seeks Youth Care Workers to support autistic youth in a residential setting. This 100% onsite role offers a rewarding opportunity to make an immediate impact.

You will assist with personal care, promote independence, and help enforce house rules; schedule is 4 days on, 3 off, 7am–7:30pm. A High School diploma, 21+, and background checks are required, with a $17/hour pay and a $1,000 bonus after essential skills training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
• Have at least 1 year experience working with autistic youth
• Have a passion to work with and help children

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks
• Support independent living skills and treatment goals
• Ensure residents safety at all times
• Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
