Job summary

Rite of Passage invites you to join Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN as a Registered Nurse. This on-site role focuses on coordinating daily medical activities for youth in a residential setting, with competitive day shift pay starting at $39 per hour and $41 on night shift.

You will work closely with medical, psychiatric, and dental providers, maintain resident medical files, and ensure safety and adherence to healthcare guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have TN RN license.
• Background screening, drug test, and physical required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with autistic youth.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the medical department.
• Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and via telehealth.
• Maintain resident medical files.
• Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines.
