Responsibilities

• Provide navigation and support for Young Parents including co-enrolled participants.
• Develop respectful relationships; help parents set goals and access resources.
• Assist participants to complete assessments and achieve education, training, and employment goals.
• Maintain relationships with coalitions, schools, and service providers for coordinated services.
• Develop and maintain employment opportunities for parents; ensure timely data/records.
