Families First Parenting Programs in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the implementation of 12–15 programs annually, including Power of Parenting and Ripple programs, across languages including English and Spanish.
The role requires coordinating recruitment, registration, logistics, and partner engagement, with occasional evenings and travel within Greater Boston. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

For more than 38 years, Families First has been a leader in providing parenting education across the Greater Boston area. The organization was founded in 1988 with the goal of helping parents navigate the diverse challenges of raising children by providing research-based parenting education services. Today, Families First provides a comprehensive model for early childhood parenting education, family engagement, and parent leadership through the Power of Parenting™ program and the Ripple Program™.
As part of Families First’s Program Department, the Program Coordinator will coordinate and support the implementation of 12-15 programs, specifically the Power of Parenting and the Ripple programs, per year within the Greater Boston region. This includes coordinating recruitment, registration, and program logistics to ensure the successful delivery of programs in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and additional languages as we expand our language delivery.
This position is for 40 hours/week and is a nonexempt position. The starting compensation range is $55,000 - $60,000 annually (equivalent to $26.44-$28.85/hour), with the opportunity for growth over time.
