Job summary

Catholic Charities USA is seeking a Parenting Support Program Coordinator to empower families in poverty through childcare coordination, family coaching, and community engagement.

The role involves managing up to 10 families, delivering education and support, and helping coordinate workshops and program operations. Some evenings and a weekend day per month may be required to support events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, human services, or related field.
• Associates degree in human services or related field with 1–2 years’ direct client interaction.
• High school diploma with 2–4 years’ direct client/family interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate childcare plans for up to 24 families, liaising with providers and managing payments.
• Provide home visits, group sessions, and one‑on‑one parenting education.
• Carry a caseload of five transitional housing families and five community families.
• Document services, track data in required databases, and support program reporting.
