Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager for our Fort Worth location. You will oversee daily operations of GED, ESL, and job placement programs, ensuring accurate records and compliance with funding sources and regulatory standards.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive participant success. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating enrollments, partnering with employers and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or in progress, a plus.
• Supervisory experience in the workforce development industry highly preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of workforce development programs and maintain records.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop partnerships with employers and community organizations to support placement.
• Ensure compliance with agency, funding source, and regulatory requirements.
