Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Prior supervisory experience in workforce development preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or disadvantaged individuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program oversight and compliance for assigned programs.
• Supervise and coach staff; monitor enrollment and placement goals.
• Report on enrollment, outcomes, and grant deliverables.
• Engage with community agencies and employers to enhance partnerships.
