The role oversees staff, coordinates partnerships, and manages budgets while delivering training, audits, and program improvements. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus; travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree or in progress is a plus.
• Experience supervising workforce development or related programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned programs.
• Maintain active program advisory committees and ensure quarterly meetings.
• Monitor enrollment, outcomes, and grant deliverables; prepare timely reports.
