Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Workforce Development Program Manager to oversee GED, ESL and job placement programs at the Fort Worth campus. The role emphasizes effective administration, compliance and impact tracking.

You will manage daily operations, audits, reporting (TEAMS, UKG), budgets and contracts while supervising staff, setting SMART goals and promoting participant success and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills required.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs.
• Experience in workforce development and partnership building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of GED, ESL, and job placement programs.
• Ensure program records, audits, and reporting are accurate and compliant.
