Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a WFD Program Manager to oversee daily operations of GED, ESL, and job placement programs at Campus 000 in Fort Worth. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and managing reports and budgets to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in business/marketing (Master's preferred), and experience in workforce development with disabilities. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or in process, a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience in the workforce development industry highly preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned workforce development programs (e.g., GED, ESL, and job placement).
• Ensure program files and records are complete, accurate, and compliant with agency, funding source, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and manage reporting processes including TEAMS, UKG, monthly performance, billing, and contract deliverables.
• Maintain documentation of participant progress, attendance, and employment outcomes; update budgets and statements of work as needed.
• Supervise staff; provide coaching, performance evaluations, and goal setting; monitor progress.
