Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst for the Child Safety team, focusing on CSAM/CSEM content review workflows. You will coordinate partners, onboarding, and QA, while designing scalable processes that maintain high accuracy and consistency.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Policy to optimize detection systems, review challenging cases, and contribute to policy gap analysis, with strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust & safety, content moderation operations, or policy enforcement with exposure to CSAM/CSEM.
• Ability to monitor workflow health using data and dashboards.
• Experience scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of child safety content review workflows.
• Serve as primary point of contact for review partners, onboarding and QA.
• Design and improve workflows to scale with volume while preserving accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to optimize detection models and enforcement systems.
• Review novel content to drive enforcement decisions and surface policy gaps.
• Develop internal documentation and decision trees for consistent enforcement.
