Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Guidance and Counseling or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a similar role with responsibilities described above.
• Experience working with low‑income, first‑generation, and disadvantaged students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities aligned with TRIO goals and objectives.
• Lead program operations and budget reconciliation in collaboration with the program accountant.
• Assist with proposal development and participant recruitment, selection, and orientation.
• Prepare reports, follow-up documents, and performance evaluations for staff and participants.
• Organize summer residential camp activities, tours, and instructor assignments; travel as required.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Education guidelines and grant requirements; contribute to annual performance reporting.
