The role leads program vision, ensures compliance with federal grants, manages budgets and evaluations, and collaborates with GRaSP while coordinating curriculum, outreach, and partnerships with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; five+ years in advising or related field.
• Grant program experience and at least two years of supervision required.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain by hire date.

Responsabilités

• Develop vision and operational strategies for TRIO aligned with federal grants.
• Ensure services meet grant requirements and CSU priorities.
• Prepare five-year grant proposals with needs, objectives, and operation plans.
• Oversee TRIO budgets and procurement in compliance with regulations.
• Lead program evaluation plans and annual performance reports.
• Coordinate curriculum, outreach, and partnerships with schools and community partners.
