DHL eCommerce seeks a Lead Training & Quality Specialist to organize and report on Operations Training and Quality programs under supervision. You will deliver engaging training, audit work, identify root causes, and implement improvements to meet DHL's quality standards.

Role emphasizes a strong DC operations understanding, training methodology, and adherence to safety and production standards while engaging employees across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in a training or quality role either internal or external.
• Certified in the DHL Way 10 Hour program; training provided by DHL.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; supervisory experience a plus.
• Solid MS Office skills; Training within Industry a plus; fluent in all departments.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery and continuous improvement of New Hire Onboarding.
• Organizes all NHO activities with the Training & Quality Manager or Supervisor.
• Delivers floor training using the 4 Steps of Instruction and Get Ready to Instruct.
• Provides training to other staff ensuring best practices.
• Reports training and quality activities using designated tools and share sites.
• Collaborates with operations leadership on progress and improvements.
