Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Training & Quality Specialist to train hourly workers and ensure quality across the distribution center.

The role delivers engaging training programs, conducts audits, and supports root-cause analysis to improve overall performance. A strong understanding of DC operations, training techniques, and quality control is required to drive the DHL mission of being the Quality Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or evidence of continuing professional development is a plus.
• Internal candidates: 6 months in DHL operations; External candidates: 1 year in training or quality.

Responsibilities

• Train hourly and agency workers using DHL training methods.
• Conduct on-the-job and cross-training including safety and quality.
• Provide coaching and feedback to reinforce training concepts.
• Administer 30-day SOP and support first-year development.
• Train on new processes and updated procedures.
• Lead safety trainings and TSA/DG trainings as needed.
• Prepare daily training activity reports and share with supervisors.
• Support root-cause analysis with Training and Quality Manager.
