Police Athletic League seeks a Teen Supervisor to lead on-site teen programming and foster strong relationships with youth, parents, and schools in NYC. The role emphasizes mental health inclusion, staff supervision, and collaboration with partners such as NYPD and DYCD.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or credentials in youth development or related field as specified.
• Experience or credentials in administrative and program coordination.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with partners and youth.

Responsibilities

• Foster social and emotional competencies and mental and physical well‑being in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Coordinate teen programming, including mental health support and inclusion resources.
• Recruit, hire, supervise and support part‑time teen program staff.
• Ensure compliance with PAL policies, SACC regulations, and funding obligations.
• Develop a Youth Development culture, provide training and coaching on SEL and inclusion.
