Job summary

Police Athletic League, Inc. seeks a Teen Supervisor to lead on-site teen programming at PAL locations across NYC. The role requires coordinating with youth, parents, schools, and community partners, and is based at the Webster Center in the Bronx.

Responsibilities include program management, staff supervision, and mental health inclusion coordination, with a schedule Tue-Sat, 1:00-9:00pm and additional hours as needed. The salary ranges from $48,000 to $50,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be dedicated to learning Best Practices in youth development.
• Able to support programming-day/evening/weekend.
• Strong communication and teamwork across PAL locations.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, French, or Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster social and emotional competencies and well-being in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Manage PAL School Teen Programming including mental health support and inclusion coordination.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, and support part-time Teen staff.
• Ensure compliance with PAL policies, SACC regulations, and funding obligations.
