Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at time of hire.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Physical ability to assist with activities and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for students with autism, emotional/behavioral, or medical needs in classroom, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist with daily activities and social interactions.
• Follow IEP requirements and crisis prevention techniques as trained.
