Job summary

Central Bucks School District is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for Groveland Elementary for the 2026–2027 school year. The full-time position includes benefits and supports a student with autism or other needs within the classroom and daily activities.

Hours are 8:45 AM–4:05 PM, 10-month schedule; pay is $20.84 per hour, plus $1.25 per hour if toileting is required. A high school diploma or GED is required; you must be a team player with good communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required at time of hire.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for students with autism, behavioral, medical or intellectual needs in classroom, specials, lunch and recess.
• Assist students with daily activities and social interactions.
• Utilize crisis prevention techniques as needed; training provided by CBSD.
• Maintain safety and be a positive role model in a classroom setting.
