Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current driver's license or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Develop treatment plans and implement interventions to improve patient well-being.
• Document progress and communicate with the health care team, patients and families.
• Provide patient and caregiver education in speech therapy techniques.
• Participate in coordination of care and contribute to the plan of care.

Education

Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence

Current CPR certification
