Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of residence is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to dependable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred).
• Weekend rotation availability (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; collaborate with care team.
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education on speech therapy.
• Document progress and communicate changes to supervising staff.
