Qualifications

• 1 year of Speech Language Pathology experience preferred.
• Required certifications from ASHA and VDHP.
• CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
