Riverside Regional Medical Center, Newport News, VA, is hiring a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to support inpatient and/or outpatient rehab services. You will evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders to maximize patients' quality of life.

Requirements: Master's in Speech Language Pathology; Virginia license; CPR/BLS; CCC-SLP preferred; 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia upon hire.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CPR/BLS certification upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support where needed.
• Document progress and adjust care plans to meet discharge goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
