The role requires current licensure as an SLP, CCC certification, and CPR, with a master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist per state regulations.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress alongside the care team.
