Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, treat, and document communication disorders, working with a supportive, compassionate group and using advanced therapies to help patients regain speech and language abilities.

Applicants should hold current state licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days), and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (CCC-SLP).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
