Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy in a supportive, nationwide rehabilitation setting. You'll evaluate communication disorders, develop personalized plans, and work with a collaborative team to help patients regain speech and language skills.

Current state licensure, CCC-SLP, and CPR are required or acquired within 30 days. A Master's degree is preferred, with a bachelor's considered with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
