Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-centered speech and language rehabilitation in a leading national inpatient setting. You will evaluate, plan, and administer personalized therapies, collaborating with a skilled team to achieve meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold current state licensure, CCC, and CPR (or obtain within 30 days). A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Education

Master's degree preferred
