The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing communication with care teams. A Master’s degree, CCC-SLP, and state licensure are required, with CPR certification or timely renewal encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• CCC-SLP certification and active state licensure.
• CPR certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Track, document and communicate patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and advocate for continued improvement.
