Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop and administer individualized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Candidates should hold SLP licensure with CCC and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred; a Bachelor’s with experience may be considered. Join a national leader committed to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
