Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements.
• Experience working with students eligible for special education supports and services.
• Knowledge of ARD/IEP process and SBIEP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements instructional plans to close achievement gaps; align with general curriculum standards.
• Participates in DDAP PLC meetings with general education teachers to plan and provide accommodations.
• Maintains lesson plans, documents student progress and implements IEPs with fidelity.
• Communicates regularly with parents and maintains student records and reports.
