Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
• Experience: demonstrated ability to apply training.
• Possession of a valid NM driver’s license and ability to obtain required NM licensure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to support students with educational disabilities.
• Ensure safety of students in school and community settings.
• Implement behavior plans and collect progress data.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist instructors.
• Provide tutoring and assist transitions for students with disabilities.
• Assist with attendance and classroom operations.
• Accompany students and report emergencies.
• Monitor and report on student progress toward goals.
