Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with appropriate educational endorsement.
• Washington State teaching certificate (required).
• Background clearance including fingerprints/WSP and FBI.
• District trainings/completions as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develops and plans a program of study aligned to student needs and district goals.
• Assess student growth and provide progress reports; assign grades.
• Maintain classroom management and behavior standards; implement district policies.
• Prepare differentiated lesson plans and learning targets; use varied instructional methods.
• Communicate with students, parents and staff to report progress and coordinate learning.
