Qualifications

• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with Special Education K-12 endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a program of study based on student needs and abilities.
• Assesses student growth and communicates progress to families and administrators.
• Supports district curriculum and policies; maintains orderly classroom environment.
• Creates differentiated lesson plans and uses varied instructional methods.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, staff and community members.
• Maintains accurate records and uses data to inform instruction.
