Qualifications

• Experience in clerical administration, social work, correctional administration or general business administration preferred.
• Policy adherence and confidentiality in handling client information (PII) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducts minimum 15 quality interviews per day for SNAP, TANF, ESAP, and SCCAP applications or renewals.
• Processes applications and recertifications to determine eligibility and authorize benefits when applicable.
• Maintains confidential client case records and documents activities in agency systems for auditing.
