Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs in California is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Education team. The role focuses on individualized therapy, develops IEP goals, collaborates with families and school staff, and provides data-driven progress updates with documentation compliance.

The starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a $2,000 Annual Education Stipend.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or pursuing CA credential prior to start.
• Licensed CA SLP or in process with credential.
• Experience in special education and IEP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and design individualized speech therapy programs.
• Monitor progress with data-driven methods and report updates.
• Write progress reports and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with families and school staff for goals.
• Maintain accurate records and timely billing documentation.
• Deliver services across classroom and home/community settings.
