Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Special Education team. The role focuses on providing high-quality speech therapy services and developing individualized treatment plans to help students achieve communication goals.

Starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, plus a $2,000 Annual Education Stipend. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed or in process for CA SLP credential.
• Ability to obtain crisis management certification.
• Experience supporting children in special education or related settings.
• Strong IEP knowledge and data-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services tailored to each student.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Write progress notes and IEP-related documentation within timelines.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and district representatives.
• Monitor progress with data-driven methods and adjust goals accordingly.
• Provide supervision and guidance in home and community settings.
